Availability is subject to scheduling and vehicle availability.
Reservations may be made online, by phone, or by email.
A reservation is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by First Choice Limousine.
We reserve the right to refuse service or decline any reservation at our discretion.
Pricing is based on factors including:
Vehicle selected
Service type
Travel distance
Service duration
Number of passengers
Time of day
Holiday or special event demand
All quoted prices are subject to applicable taxes, tolls, parking fees, gratuities (if applicable), and other agreed-upon charges unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service may qualify for a full refund.

The individual who books the reservation accepts full responsibility for the conduct of all passengers and agrees to be financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
Charges may include, but are not limited to:
First Choice Limousine & Transportation Service, Inc. reserves the right to charge the customer's credit card for any repair, replacement, cleaning, or loss resulting from passenger damage.
While we strive to provide timely, professional transportation, First Choice Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Traffic congestion
Road closures
Weather conditions
Vehicle accidents
Mechanical issues
Airline delays
Government actions
Public events
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected reservation.
You agree not to:
